Here are five things to know today in Wheaton.

1. Today’s forecast: A rainy morning, with temperatures reaching the low 50s. Windy throughout the day and into the evening, with a 20 percent chance of rain and temperatures dropping to the low 30s. 

2. Tonight is the first to come after the release of the FY13 CIP budget. The forum starts at 7:30 p.m. at the Mid-County Community Recreation Center.
