Bethesda Hugger Still On The Loose

TAKOMA PARK--Takoma Park Police are searching for a man who took a cell phone video up the skirt of a woman Wednesday. On Tuesday the man kept brushing his book bag against her leg, but stopped once the victim boarded the Metro train. On Wednesday, the man again brushed his book bag against her leg, but also begain to take video up the victim's skirt with his cell phone.
