Week Ahead in Weather: Here Comes Winter

Thanksgiving was perfect, but it won't last.

Here comes that pre-winter chill.

According to the National Weather Service, temperatures will reach just the high 40s Monday with clear, sunny skies. Temperatures will drop to the mid-30s today and rain is likely late Monday night and early Tuesday morning.

Rain—and maybe some snow—is expected to continue through Tuesday morning, when temperatures reach the low 40s. Expect cloudy skies Tuesday night and below-freezing temperatures, dropping to the high 20s.

The sun should shine Wednesday, and temperatures will reach the mid-40s. Wednesday night skies will stay clear, and temperatures again go sub-freezing, dropping to the high 20s.

Thursday will bring more sun and temperatures in the low 40s, dropping to the high 20s at night.
