What You Need to Know About Metro: July 22
Closures on the orange line, single tracking downtown.
Taking weekend transportation isn't always hard, but be thankful you don't live in Virginia this weekend.
- The orange line between East Falls Church and West Falls Church will be closed and the line in that section will be replaced by buses from 10 p.m. Friday to close Sunday.
- Between West Falls Church and Vienna, trains will share one track.
- Between 10 p.m. Friday and close Sunday, Red line trains will single track from Dupont Circle and Judiciary Square.
- Green Line trains will share one track this weekend from Navy Yard and Anacostia stations, but no delays are expected.
