Wheaton Crime: Peeping Tom Incident

Montgomery County Police have released the latest crime report for the Fourth District, from Oct. 29 - Nov. 6. The list published here is not comprehensive, but rather selects incidents that occurred in or near Wheaton.
A residential burglary occurred in the 400 block of Hillsboro Drive, Silver Spring, Nov. 1 at 7:25 a.m. No forced entry; nothing taken.
Arrested: Male, 18, from Silver Spring.

An aggravated assault occurred outside the Antigua Restaurant, 11220 Georgia Avenue, Wheaton, on Nov. 4 at 10:20 p.m. The suspect is known to the victim.
An aggravated assault occurred in the 10400 block of Hemley Lane, Wheaton, on Nov. 1 at 2:08 a.m. A police officer responded to a call for a domestic dispute after which the suspect assaulted the officer with a weapon.

Arrested: Male, 50, from Wheaton.
A peeping tom incident occurred in the 2900 block of Collins Avenue, Wheaton, on Nov. 5 at 7:50 p.m. The suspect was looking into windows.
