Wheaton Crime Report: Cash, Food Taken in Armed Robbery

Montgomery County police have released the latest crime report for the Fourth District, from March 11-20. The list published here is not comprehensive, but rather selects incidents that occurred in or near Wheaton and Glenmont. 

An armed robbery occurred in the 11100 block of Norlee Drive, Wheaton, on Thursday, March 14, at 9:30 p.m. The victim was a food delivery person and was approached by the suspects. Cash and food were taken.   

residential burglary occurred in the 2000 block of Henderson Avenue, Wheaton, between Sunday, March 17, at 10 p.m. and Monday, March 18, at 10 p.m. Forced entry; property taken.

A residential burglary occurred in the 1600 block of University Boulevard West, Wheaton, on Saturday, March 16, between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m.  Unforced entry; property taken.
