Montgomery County police have released the latest crime report for the Fourth District, from Dec. 10-18. The list published here is not comprehensive, but rather selects incidents that occurred in or near Wheaton.
An armed robbery occurred in the 11300 block of Norris Drive in Silver Spring on Monday, Dec. 17, at 2:30 p.m. The suspect threatened the victim with a weapon and obtained property.
An armed robbery occurred at University Boulevard and Grandview Avenue in Wheaton on Sunday, Dec. 16, at 3:30 a.m. The suspect threatened the victim with a weapon and obtained property.

A strong-arm robbery occurred at 11171 Georgia Avenue in Wheaton on Friday, Dec. 14, at 5:40 p.m. The suspects assaulted the victim and obtained property.
An aggravated assault occurred in the 11100 block of Georgia Avenue in Wheaton on Sunday, Dec. 16, at 1:20 a.m. The suspect is known to the victim.

Arrested: Female, age 32, from Silver Spring
An aggravated assault occurred in the 10800 block of Georgia Avenue in Wheaton on Thursday, Dec. 13, at 8:16 p.m. The suspect is known to the victim.
Arrested: Male, age 29, from Capitol Heights
