Historic Preservation Strategies- Come hear Mr. Rollin Stanley, Director of the Montgomery County Planning Department, speak about his experience applying historic preservation strategies to restore housing in impoverished neighborhoods, and about applying those techniques to Montgomery County's historic preservation efforts.
