In her speech to the Wheaton High School Class of 2013 on Wednesday, Montgomery County Council President Nancy Navarro spoke of the changes graduates will experience in their lifetimes and shared some lessons she has learned along the way.

Figuring prominently in her speech were words like "global," "parents," "positive," "America," "internet," "English" and "dream."
